Lisa Falkner is a birth doula and licensed massage therapist that is certified in prenatal massage as well as providing pain mgmt. and scar tissue massage. Lisa has been a massage therapist since 2007 and has specialized in deep tissue and chronic pain management for many years. After the birth of her first child, her interest grew towards specializing in prenatal and labor support massage therapy and after the birth of her second daughter she began her journey to become a certified doula. She is very passionate about helping women become educated about their bodies, options, and choices in their journey through pregnancy and childbirth.
Massage therapy for pregnancy, postpartum, pain management, relaxation, and scar tissue release are available in Torrington and Harwinton. Birth doula services are available throughout CT. Contact Lisa to schedule an appointment or consultation.
