Children's Storybook Garden & Museum in Hanford, CA
Description
A project for the community of Kings County and the Central Valley to educate the people and preserve the history of the area through gardens and museum. Our Vision: To create a beautiful children’s garden and museum in downtown Hanford easily accessible for all children of Kings County, as well as children and families visiting Hanford. We have a two-three year plan to create a children’s interactive farm museum and a series of eight beautiful and creative gardens of distinction. This grass roots community project will be an inclusive effort to rally the community together by helping to make this attraction a reality. We want to include volunteers and contributors from all areas of the Hanford and greater Hanford area, including our local elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, and colleges.
