Parking Information for The Addams Family - Friday September 29, 2017 Only from The City of Hagerstown: On September 29th the Central Parking Lot will be accessible from Locust Street, East Franklin Street and East Washington Street via Cramer’s Alley/Renaissance Way from Antietam Street. Access from Potomac Street and East Washington will be very restricted. The University District Parking Deck and the A&E Parking Deck will also be available as well as on-street parking.
