New family restaurant in Guymon, OK. Cuisine revolves around Spanish, Mexican, and Filipino. Full service sit-down restaurant with a full bar service. Mexico and the Philippines were Spanish colonies in the early 1500s. The Philippines was ruled by Mexican governors under the rule of the Spaniards from 1565 to 1815.

During those 250 years, the Spanish Monarchy conducted a global trade between North America and Asia by sailing GALLEONS between Acapulco, Mexico and Manila, Philippines. The galleons carried treasures across the Pacific Ocean in what would be called the Manila Galleon Trade or simply, The Galleon Trade.

This economic relationship between the 2 countries resulted in a rich exchange of cultures.

The Galleon Restaurant features the cuisines shared by the 2 countries for 250 years. Truly, a global gastronomic fusion.
