Join Shanon for a special FriYAY MEMORIAL WEEKEND FLOW + PLAY Class. Come experience her favorite style of yoga as she shares movement, breath, power, release, and relaxation mixed in with folds, warriors, and gentle chest openers, and maybe a balance or two. All to a rockin' playlist that will allow you to move to your own body, be creative, and finish sinking into a deep and blissful relaxation. Come ready to decompress and play, enter gratefulness + love, and share in this special holiday with others. ✔️Class is $7 for members and non-members ✔️Things to bring: water bottle, towel, a mat if you have one (limited amount of mats available) ✔️Drinks and snacks provided 💥6:30-7:30pm Flow 💥7:30-8pm Balance + Play/Yogawheels
