Healthy Fruit Popsicles for you and the kids! Preperation: Add fruit and coconut milk to blender. Process on high until well combined. Add stevia drops to taste. Pour in popsicle molds. Freeze for two hours. Enjoy!

ARE YOU READY?!?! Jessi Morton & Mike Conk were ready. They continue to show us they are ready. Now they want to show you how to get ready. Updates: Jessi just hit her 12 month mark here as a member. Starting Body Fat - 49.9% Current Body Fat - 30.2% Weight Loss 100 + lbs Mike is coming up on his 12 month mark here as a member on June 5th. Starting Body Fat - 53.4% Current Body Fat - 40.1% Weight Loss 100 + lbs In just one year they have lost over 200 lbs and 33% body fat. The best part is that they aren't even close to being done. In another 6-12 months we will highlight these two and their transformations from today. Yes, proper movement, newly learned nutritional habits, and adequate recovery works for MEN & WOMEN. For our current Reclaim Members they are here to help those struggling with the daily battles and nuances of weight loss. Super Easy Breakfast Wrap If you want to learn how to make more awesome meals like this ask us about our nutrition coaching at Reclaim. Preparation: Heat some cooking fat in the skillet placed over a medium-high heat. Cook the onions, peppers, and chili flakes until the onions are softened (about 6 minutes). Then add the tomato and cook for two minutes. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs and pour them over the vegetable mixture. Using a spatula, scramble the eggs until cooked through. Roll the ham slices with some egg in the middle and place the rolls back into the skillet. Grill each roll for a few seconds on each side, or until the ham is slightly brown. Serve the burritos with fresh salsa or guacamole.
