THE BAR IS NOW OPEN!! Sorry, but the cafe will be open TOMORROW... we still have yesterdays dishes to clean up, LOL!

The cafe will be closed today... bar status to be announced later this morning. We encountered a major problem with our main drain line yesterday and have a plumber coming in this morning to check it out... not sure if they will be able to resolve the problem or if we'll have to bring in someone from the City to help! It seems that a few nearby businesses have had similar problems since they replaced the main line in the back alley recently. Hopefully, we will get the problem fixed FAST! We are SO sorry for the inconvenience... check back here for updates! Thank you...

SPECIAL NOTICE: As some of you may already be aware, Max & Lisa have decided that it's time to move on to their next great adventure in life and are no longer working in the cafe. :( In order to provide our customers with the best continued service possible... Starting today, THE CAFE WILL BE CLOSED ON WEDNESDAYS until we are able to hire and train their replacements. We apologize for this inconvenience and are hoping to resolve our staffing issues and get back to "business as usual" as quickly as possible. Special Notice: THE CAFE WILL BE CLOSED TODAY (Wednesday, August 23rd), so that we can install a new commercial stove/griddle/oven unit in the kitchen. The bar will be open as usual, 9am - 2am. The cafe will be open again Thursday, August 24th at 7am... most likely with MUCH happier cooks! Greetings and Merry Christmas Eve to everyone! The bar will be closing at 6pm tonight and will be closed all day Christmas Day, so that our employees may enjoy the holiday with their friends, families and loved ones.
