The best thing any teacher can do to become a better teacher, is to be a student. I took the day off at the studio today to spend some time with family in Chicago and the first thing I did was stop by the coolest pilates studio called @flexpilateschicago to take a Reformer class. This class was taught by the amazing @mollylersten , a friend I made a while back at a #Stott pilates course. My son @cpollyea11 was game enough to take the class and said, “that was the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life”. 😳. Such a great class and day!
