Description
8th and Main is a romantic urban venue with a modern feel, perfectly suited to host your wedding, reception or corporate event. 8th&Main is a wedding and events space in historic downtown Grandview, Missouri. The urban space that has been restored to grandeur with a nod to its past life as a bank. While renovating the building, we discovered the original bank vault and gave it a prominent place in this intimate room with 10 foot oak paneled doors dating back to 1902. The vault room is ideal for a ceremony or cocktail party of 135 or less.
The larger reception room is upscale in style and finishes and has plenty of room for dinner and dancing for 150 guests. The exposed brick walls and solid oak doors give way to a private outdoor patio that accommodates a ceremony for 125. The patio is also a great space for guests to talk and mingle around the dancing flames of the outdoor fireplace.
