Description
Welcome to THE PEDAL! THE PEDAL is a boutique style spin studio in downtown Grand Forks The classes at THE PEDAL are 45 minutes long and ALL levels are welcome! When class begins - the lights go dim! It sets the tone to really be on your own ride! It is your ride and you can modify as you need! Classes will start on time and doors open 20 minutes before class. You must reserve your bike in advance so when you arrive, you know your bike is ready and waiting for you! If this your first time to a spin class - no worries! An instructor will be available to assist you in setting up the bike and making sure you are 100% comfortable before we start! A towel will be provided for use during class. The most important thing to know is that EVERYONE is welcome! Everyone is on a different journey and we want you to come to class and be your best! We love our music, we love our music loud and we love to ride to the beat! See you in class!
