Thursday, the 14th, we'll be having a special Duck Donut Thirst Day. Brandon, owner of both Raleigh and Cary Duck Donut locations, will be coming out to spend some time with us as we tap Legal Remedy's Maple Bacon Russian Imperial Stout to pair with Duck's Maple Bacon donuts. We'll have a variety of donuts but only those who order the Maple Bacon stout get the maple bacon donut.

Join us most every Sunday morning for a free 1 hour long yoga flow class. $5 will be donated to the charity of the yoga instructors choice. If you’d also like to donate it’s all the more zen. Xenia will be the instructor this weekend, so come on out!
