I'm so very excited that you've checked out my business page! I recently went on my very first mission trip through Mission of Hope Haiti. While there, I was moved by the kindness and the unwavering faith held by Haitians. The people have been through so much tragedy and some have very little. Yet they are the most welcoming, happiest humans I've met with so much love in their hearts.
I felt in my heart that I was called to Haiti for a reason. I had a desire to make a difference but I had no idea what that looked like. And that's when I met Julie Hulstein, Owner & CEO of Vi Bella Jewelry. She shared her story of coming to Haiti in 2010 after the earthquake. After witnessing so much devastation and poverty, she felt called to find a way to create jobs. And out of this overwhelming desire to help, Vi Bella was born.
Vi Bella means "Beautiful Life". Each job that is created in Haiti and Mexico allows that artisan to thrive and reach their dream of living a beautiful life. It helps keep families together and brings communities closer. I am so blessed to be a part of this incredible movement. And I am SO happy for YOU to be a part of this experience too!! Together we can all make a difference in the lives of others!
