OUR MISSION:
To provide every patron with the best barbecue, classic American comfort food, spirits, and exciting fusion dining experience, while supporting local and green sustainability and creating a community that extends far beyond our door to improve the greater good and welfare to all.

OUR IDEA:
In 2012, the three of us had an idea to bring traditional barbeque to an abandoned bar-restaurant in Girard, Ohio.  Barbeque has had a rich American history in helping shape the way we eat today. This new place, Fire Grill pays homage to the pit masters who have come before us.  Our food is bold in flavor with smoky undertones from the pit. Along with the traditional barbecue fare we’ve added that same flavor to a variety of classic comfort food offerings, making our menu one-of-a-kind.   Our place will be home to a big selection of craft beers on tap and in bottles and cans. Throw in our large whiskey bar along with handmade southern inspired cocktails, and we’ve got something for everyone.  We’ve decided to set our goals high and bring a great dining experience to everyone with unmatched service, one-of-a-kind dishes, and an atmosphere unlike any other place in town.  With these ideas Fire Grill has come to life.
