Today we tried a new salad. I poached some pears in a combination port wine and vodka and added it to a grilled chicken breast with crumbly bleu on mixed greens .... balsamic viniagrette dressing...frosting on the cake a few of my step sons delicious candied walnuts on top....

We're back open 😃! I'm going to live like the Dominicans. ..#1- 4 day weekend, #2-why do today when you can do it tomorrow, and #3- rest all day so you can get a good night's sleep!💤

What a beautiful quiche on special today....Fall Harvest it's called...im at my home and I forgot to take its picture! Kale, sundried tomatoes, fresh white mushrooms, artichokes, caramelized onions and swiss cheese! Lots of flavors going on.

Today as always is Mexican Day....and along with our famous Chicken Quesadillas....sold 13 last week...we are offering our Mexican Chicken n Cheddar salad...topped w fresh jalapeños!

Monday's featured salad is Crunchy Radish and Chicken. Slivers of thinly sliced radish add crunch to this light salad, with a hearty serving of avocado and cheddar cheese. Suggested dressing: Creamy Avocado Ranch
