In honor of all loyal BUTTERMILK Dads we have developed a special dish with him in mind. The MANLY-Benny A Yukon Gold mashed potato cake , 2 pieces of smoked bacon jam glazed meatloaf, two eggs over easy, frizzled onions, and deep fried jalapeño , all drizzled with a white cheddar hollandaise sauce.
