On a regular basis Webb Custom Kitchen seeks to understand our sources of food that are served at our restaurant. Monday we got up bright and early to visit Back Creek Farms and our friends Joe and Robin Hampton in Mt Ulla North Carolina. Joe and Robin are one of the best breeders of Black Angus Cattle. North Carolina is one of the areas that provide seed cattle that are shipped throughout the United States that provide Webb Custom Kitchen with our Certified Angus Beef (C.A.B.)- some of the best beef available and the only beef we serve. Enjoy the visit.

Webb Custom Kitchen has a 1,500 bottle wine room and we just rolled out our “Red Carpet List” of Reserve wines. Our list will constantly change as vintages come and go. To Join all you have to do is Finish this beautiful 40oz Certified Angus Beef ( CAB) Porterhouse- Strip on one side Filet on the other. Aged 40 days or more for tenderness and flavor. Then Cooked of our SOUTHBEND Broiler to achieve a crunchy exterior and juicy inside. Webb recommends this great steak cooked Rare through Medium. ( not recommend Medium Well or Well) Finish the steak 🥩 and you will be immortalized with a laser engraved placard with your Name, Town and date of accomplishment and it will then be attached to our Porterhouse Club Cuttingboard.
