Took a year but our inn finally made it on the "tour" list. The horse and carriages stop every Friday and Saturday evenings for pictures.

Thanks to everyone for reaching out and checking on us. The Schaefer Haus is 127 years old and has seen many storms. We came through with no damage. However, businesses in the Strand area could use your help. Most received some water but have already reopened. PLEASE consider visiting and supporting them this weekend if you come down. Most of those businesses are owned by local people and they do not have big corporate backing. Giving them your business would really help them out.
