1891 Fredonia Opera House - 2017 Spark Award Finalist
The 1891 Fredonia Opera House was one of three finalists for the Arts Services Initiative of WNY's Spark Awards in the category of Arts Organization of the Year! We shared this honor with the Springville Center for the Arts and the eventual winner -- the Kenan Center, of Lockport. This video was produced by ASI of WNY and Jeff "Mace" Maciejewski to celebrate our accomplishments!
I'll Say She Is
Come celebrate the Marx Brothers at the Opera House as part of Freedonia Marxonia on Sept. 28 & 29. This year's theme is the Marx Brothers on Broadway. It will feature Noah Diamond in a special multimedia lecture program on September 28 and the film The Cocoanuts (which was first a Marx Brothers Broadway musical) on September 29. Both events are free admission.

We wanted to share a few highlights from last night's performance. Holly Weston singing "The Wizard and I" from "Wicked," Julie Costantini singing "Meadowlark" from "The Baker's Wife," and Chris Switala sings "Lost in the Wilderness" from "Children of Eden." Great performances by all last night! Thank you to everyone who attended!
