The third and top floor holds one-of-a-kind antiques, museum pieces, and art, in addition to an in-house custom design studio that caters to private clientele and designers alike. The connected, freshly renovated courtyard and single story addition will be the location of a restaurant and special event venue backed by a brand new state-of-the-art commercial kitchen that was designed in light of hosting future culinary seminars and courses.
