The Festival is organized by the Fredericksburg Jaycees and Signal Fredericksburg. The Fredericksburg Jaycees were founded in 1940 by a group of local businessmen with the vision to raise money to support local organizations. Since their founding, the Jaycees have grown to promote large fundraisers with all of the proceeds being used to help youth organizations, charitable groups and those in need within our community in Texas.
