Random Wednesday Night
Just a random Wednesday night at TBT! Kenny Haney, even at this speed I can still see you standing around!!
Timeline Photos
Today we squat!!
TBT's Brian Jerszynski with a smooth 435 pound squat. Off season work it a lot of work, but that's where you have to put in the most work!
TBT's James Eshleman with a very smooth 625 squat! This is a 5 pound PR for James, but he's not satisfied yet!
Starting 10/29/16 @ 10am we will be starting our speed and agility classes for our student athletes! The class is free for our members and if there are non members interested cost is $5 per class. Points of focus: -Flexibility -Ladders -Agility -Explosiveness -Core -ETC..... Hope to see all of our athletes there!!
TBT's own Ali Hines pulling a nice PR of 200 pounds. She is getting stronger in prep for her first powerlifting meet in May! Excited to see what kind of number she puts up then!
So far we have 6 of our own lifters registered for the Rivercity Barbell NKY Mayhem powerlifting meet on May 27th, 2017. Look for training to be taken up a notch as these lifters prep to put up some big numbers! If you would like to enter, or want more info on the meet, just ask anyone at the gym about it! Looking forward to having TBT sweep the competition!

We decided it was time to move the gym around to maximize space and utilize our equipment in the best possible way so our MEMBERS can SUCCEED! A big thanks to the guys who came in on Saturday to make this happen!
TBT's James Eshleman's meet video from the River City Barbell Fall Throwdown. James represented everything that TBT stands for and put on a great showing. He also won 1st place in his weight class of 275. Next on the agenda is a meet in May of 2017!
