6 WEEK TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM! - What is it? Our 6 Week Transformation Program is a fat loss & toning program designed to get you fantastic results in a short amount of time. You choose to come to an unlimited number of our 20 classes per week. Classes are held in a group setting with our certified personal trainers. CLEAN EATING MINDSET: One thing I've been hitting like a broken record with our clients is that: it's gonna be hard before it gets easy. And by easy I mean like it's 2nd nature. I think as humans we naturally look for the path of least resistance. But the real winners have to fight for it. You just don't always get to see their fight. They fell off and kept trying. They fell off again and kept trying. And when they fell off and they really didn't think they could do it...they kept trying. PREPARATION: leaving the house without food is like going to war without bullets. - Success rates with nutrition will go down to 5% or less without preparing. I'm not even talking traditional food prep where you're carrying 3-4 containers of food around in a cooler all day. I don't do that..never have..prolly never will. - What I do personally: 1️⃣ Carry a case of water in my back seat of my car at ALL times. 2️⃣ Keep nuts, protein cookies, and kind bars in my glove box. 3️⃣ Keep a bottle of protein powder at home AND work. 4️⃣ Keep a protein shaker at home AND 2-3 at work. 5️⃣ Bring 1 thing to eat from home and leave in fridge at work. Leftover burger patty & broccoli. Greek yogurt & almonds. Leftover ground turkey & an apple. - It's Friday. Don't go unprepared all weekend either.
