NEWS FLASH - MAYBE the caboose will arrive at the rail park on Sunday. Will let you know about the move on Saturday!! If it works out this weekend, they will be prepping the caboose and getting it loaded on Saturday and moving it down the road on Sunday. Have notified the local newspaper and will see what happens. Yes, Ellen will be there taking photos too. On Sunday, part of the rail park will be cordoned off so there will be NO accidents and anyone there will be able to take photos too. Please respect all restricted areas and keep well back from any moving equipment. The RailPark grows again. :-)

STEAM ENGINE ON THE MOVE This was posted on the Rochelle FB page 8 hours ago. Might be rolling by the RailPark. maybe others have better information. "Sometime either today or tomorrow, an eastbound UP freight will come by with a steam engine riding a flatcar, which is going to Age of Steam Roundhouse in Ohio. Keep an eye out for it!"
