Description
A brewery and restaurant bringing creative beer and dishes to Downtown Fort Wayne by Affiné Hospitality. Junk Ditch Brewing Company is a casual, refined family dining experience at the old Korte Paper Co. warehouse in downtown Fort Wayne. Our name comes from a tributary of the St. Marys River that runs behind our space, and our philosophy is “Everything from scratch.”
When we founded the Affine Food Truck in 2012, we wanted to invest in three things: our city, our craft, and our customers. Today, our restaurant and brewery contribute to the redevelopment of our city. We challenge ourselves to create innovative dishes every season with fresh, local ingredients from farmers we trust. And we strive to introduce our region to different styles of food and new varieties of craft beer in a place they feel comfortable.
Because, at the end of the day, it’s not about us. It’s about the people we serve who keep coming back — who inspired us to take our vision from a food truck to a restaurant and a brewery, and encourage us to keep going. We are honored to serve you.
