(OPEN 24-7 *For members who sign agreement*) Yearly Contracts for single, couple, family, student/military, and senior single or couple memberships

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAY 10: The all encompassing SMITH MACHINE! You can get a full body workout on this unique piece of equipment, plus you can usually lift a little heavier because it's like having a built in spotter! Check out Kiah Dabbs doing the perfect squad on one! To top it off- we have TWO BRAND NEW of these bad boys!

AHHH, the sauna! Both the men's and women's locker rooms have one. Besides removing toxins from your body by sweating it's also great for muscle relaxation. Regan Wilson is enjoying a sauna session after her workout. HAPPY BIRTHDAY POST DAY 8!

It was HAPPY BIRTHDAY to us earlier this year when we bought 10 new pieces of Life Fitness machines! We love the dial on these machines which allows you to go up in 5 lb increments SO handy while working out. Our members Gaige Stroh, Angel Tellez and Cody Janette Katchen agree- good job guys!!
