I am Kimberly S. Ransdell, owner of LeatherandLashes.com. I am first and foremost a wife and mother. I am also an elite ranking leader in my company. I am the team leader to Team Glamour Squad, some of the most amazing women on the planet! On most days you will find me playing in my makeup drawer, teaching women the art of confidence through cosmetics. However, here on this page, I will be focusing on one of my other passions....teaching women how to help other women. Previously, I gained a large following on Facebook where I held all of my makeup trainings.. In order to streamline my business, and with the addition of Facebook Live, I have decided to move it all here on one social media platform.
