In the world of personal training, weight loss, and fitness classes today, there are too many trainers with overnight certifications and lackluster physical education backgrounds. At Forge Fitness Training all our trainers must have Bachelor's degrees or higher in an exercise science field as well as being certified by an NCCA accredited organization. Each trainer has been chosen because of his or her unwaivering dedication to helping their clients achieve a healthier and happier life. Each workout one of our trainers gives you has been researched, planned out, and designed to be well balanced and applicable to all fitness levels. No more cookie cutter workout plans. If you have shoulder impingement issues our trainer will modify your workout those issues. If you have knee pain, our trainer will design a routine that does not contain movements that will agravate that pain. No matter your goals, whether it's weight loss, adding lean muscle, recovering from an injury, correcting posture and muscular imbalances, or just getting back in shape, our trainers will design a program just for you.
