Want to turn spring into summer? Invest in a "wall of water season extender" that protects crops from frost. How does it work? When filled with water, these "walls" surround your plant and protect them from the cold. Having that protection allows you to plant certain summer veggies about six to eight weeks early - and that's a big deal in our cooler Flagstaff climate!

Happy Friday, y'all! We have some awesome Warner's events all weekend long. We'll be doing a special free event at Bookmans on Milton Ave. from 1 to 3 pm tomorrow. It's part of SciFest and we'll have herb garden planting for adults while kids can work on pollinator flower mix seed planting. Then back at Warner's Nursery on Sunday at 2 pm, you can learn to make marbled paper in Alex's Craft Corner. $10 for all the supplies you'll need.
