Our dedicated ADL suite allows our patients to cook, clean, grocery shop, and engage in other real life therapies which increase their success at home. Every day at Tri-County Care Center patients overcome their challenges and get back to living their lives.
Long Term Care at Tri-County Care Center provides 24-hour medical and support services for our residents who are Our staff's longevity and dedication translate into extraordinary customer service in everything they do. It's no wonder we are the skilled nursing facility of choice in our community.
