Did you know that colleges are now giving out scholarships for Weightlifting? Here’s @nathanprokop85 receiving a 70% scholarship to Menlo college for his efforts in the sport of Weightlifting. Weightlifting is a sport for both males and females, of all ages and body types. At Four Horsemen Strength and Conditioning we have trained athletes as young as 12 all the way up to late 60’s to get on the platform and compete! After a hard 5 months of training and an incredibly successful meet, our weightlifting team is take a short break from lifting and jumping into some metcons. It’s a nice change of pace and provides a unique stimulus that challenges their cardiovascular system as well as their mental fortitude. They are taking it surprisingly well! 5am putting in the work as always!

It’s a bittersweet day tomorrow! Kassia is having her last workout at 5am! She’s off to Colorado where she’s going to join the USAF!
