Creative American Cuisine by Chef-Owner Bill Hamrock and his staff. Open for Lunch, Dinner and Brunch weekends. In the Historic Moore House, Fairfax City. Wonderful dishes prepared with many locally sourced ingredients. Ice cream is made on-site. There are ample selections of menu items that meet strict dietary needs and the menu is clearly marked with those options. The restaurant is in the historic Moore House off Rt. 123 in Fairfax City and provides free parking. There is a lovely wrap around veranda for outdoor dining three seasons of the year, and private rooms available for afternoon teas, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, corporate events and large family gatherings. Choices also has a wine bar serving a wide array of excellent wines including some produced locally in Virginia. We periodically host wine dinners and special holiday meals featuring a prix fix menu. We do take reservations, and recommend them for larger parties, but reservations are not required. We are open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner and for Sunday Brunch from 11 to 2.
