Don Arturo Avila, a farmer from Jalisco, Mexico, always dreamed with finding a nice place where he could enjoy authentic Mexican food, like the one he remembered from his hometown Colotlan.

It all started 21 years ago in Stockton, California, when Don Arturo decided to make his dream come true and with the help of his two sons, he opened a “mobile food wagon”, sharing the authentic Mexican flavor all around the county.

Nowadays, La Costa can be found in California, Texas and Georgia, proudly owned and operated by Don Arturo's sons and daughters, keeping the values he taught them; always fresh, great tasting food and excellent customer service.
