IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ! MyFitness Pal, a fitness and nutrition app owned by Under Armour, announced on March 29th that a recent data breach impacts 150 million of their users. What happened? According to a press release from Under Armour , they became aware of a potential security issue on March 25th when they discovered an unauthorized party had accessed user data from MyFitnessPal in February. What data was compromised? The current investigation is ongoing but so far, indicates that the compromised data included hashed passwords, usernames and email addresses. I'm a MyFitnessPal user. What should I do? The company is urging users to change their MyFitnessPal password immediately. Dashlane also recommends changing passwords for any accounts that share exact or similar passwords with your MyFitnessPal account

Whatever your fitness goals, We are here to help you reach them. A few tips go a long way: 🙂🙂🙂 1) Move your body everyday of the week and remember to think movement not just exercise… be active everyday, or Vampires will come in your sleep. 2) Take one day a week for active recovery. It’s your day of rest from intense workouts, but you still move. Take a walk. Do a gentle yoga class. Just do something that’s less intense than what you do for exercise the other six days of the week. 3) Shop the perimeter of your grocery store—where food tends to be the healthiest and isn’t primarily packaged and processed.

RUNNING!🤣🤣 - PLEASE HEED CAUTION DURING THE SMOKEY DAYS! 1) Take the first five minutes of your run to warm up. Go a little slower to work out the kinks and mentally prepare for your run. 2) If you're trying to run at a certain speed, use music to set your pace. 3) Run with someone faster than you to push you to increase your speed or distance. It could be a workout buddy, a stranger on the treadmill at the gym, or that runner just up the trail from you. 4) Run faster up hills by focusing on the top of the hill, not your feet. It'll help open your airways, and when it's easier to breathe, it's easier to run. #fitnesstips #eugene
