Our specials for the day are as follows!!! We have a Cajun crawfish bowl (garlic smashed new potatoes, our famous maux chu sauce, mozzarella and cheddar cheese topped with fried crawfish) and we also have our Cajun creamy creole pasta with chicken and sausage !!!! As known, this weekend is Pilgrimage! To accommodate to all customers we are extending our hours here at the Cajun Corner. We will be open 10am to 10pm this Friday, Saturday and Sunday. For the locals here in Eufaula that do not want to fight the crowd we have extra staff that will be working hard to efficiently take ToGo orders. Thank y'all!

Happy Wednesday! For our special today we have Fish Tacos made with Grouper topped with Cole Slaw, Pico de Gallo and a homemade garlic sauce. We also have a Pork Ribeye with Mushrooms, Onions and Gravy.

Mardi Gras is one of our favorite days at the Cajun Corner! Today for Fat Tuesday we have Stew Chicken with Andouille Sausage, Seafood Jambalaya and Traditional New Orleans King Cake. To celebrate we have Sparkling Lemonades and our Hurricane. Enjoy!

Cajun Corner SPECIALS !!! Now through Valentine's Day!!! Bring you and your sweetie on down to Cajun Corner and enjoy some of our delicious specials. Choose from our FAMOUS Blackened Grouper served over rice and topped with our One of a Kind crawfish ettoufee or our house made cream sauce. Secondly we have Our Cajun Jambalaya pasta which includes​ Penne pasta, chicken, shrimp,sausage,bell pepper,and red onions in a creamy tomato sauce!!! Both served with soup or salad.
