God please let us each day renew ourselves in the salvation of Christ: let us kneel in thanksgiving for being saved!

God please let us delight in the knowledge that Jesus came for all —for the poor and for the rich, for women as well as for men, for the young and for the old, for the slave and for the free person, for people of all colors, languages and nations!

God please awaken me each morning with a joyful heart and the desire to share the good news of Jesus!

God please let there be no orphans in the Jesus community—not a single child abandoned by Your people, not a single child without a family, not a single child without a loving home.

God please when tempted to judge others, redirect our gaze inward, that we may remember the grace You have shown us: replace our human desire for judgment with Your love and mercy.

God please may our treatment of others bear witness to our obedience: may our actions testify on our behalf that we follow the second of Your commands, to love our neighbors as ourselves.

God please may our lives bear testimony that we have followed the greatest commandment—that we love You, the Lord, our God, with all our heart, with all our soul, and with all our mind.

God please keep speaking to us through Scripture: show us what You desire so that we may better serve You.

Please God reveal Yourself to Your people as the God of Refuge and Defense, Who protects the orphan, the widow, the foreigner, and all those vulnerable to harm within our land.

God please reveal Yourself to Your people as the God of Righteousness and the God of Justice, the Ruler who shows no bias or favoritism among His people, the Judge who cannot be bribed.

Please God reveal Yourself to Your people as the God of gods and the Lord of lords, the only One worthy of our endless praise and our eternal worship, the one God before Whom we bow.

God please continue to speak to us through the Scriptures: show us who You are so that we may praise You more.
