Gong Hei Fat Choy! Today marked the Chinese New Year, the year of the dog! We saw students dressed in traditional clothing to help celebrate as well as our very own Principal Lynne Mayer! Mrs. Mayer treated the staff to fortune cookies and spring rolls. May the new year bring everyone great fortune and health!

Congratulations to our very own 3rd grade A track teacher, Mrs. Moorhouse and her family, as her son along with 10 other EGUSD athletes signed a Letter of Intent with Division I and Division II colleges yesterday! Brad Moorhouse will be playing soccer for CSU Monterey Bay! We are so proud of all they have accomplished in the classroom and on the field!
