Red Legacy Thrift Store
Description
The Red Legacy Thrift Store will be an extension of Red Legacy Recovery, a 501c3 Non-Profit, serving as a funding source for Red Legacy. RLTS’s main product is clothing and small houseware items. Additionally, small furniture pieces, electronics, and accessories will be offered for sale based on donations from the public. RLTS will NOT offer any children’s items (including safety seats, equipment), toys, or mattresses for sale based on liability insurance requirements.
The RLTS addresses a demand in the geographical area including Elizabethton, Hampton, Watauga, Roan Mountain, and Piney Flats, Tennessee. The demand is for a local thrift store with a central location, variety of items, and low pricing to accommodate all the citizens of these areas. The RLTS pricing strategy will be based on quality and quantity of items. Pricing will follow pricing structure of similar thrift stores in the area. A luxury/name-brand section of items will be located in the store with pricing based on the brand name, quality of the item, and age of the item.
