Namaste everyone! Today is Vegan Saturday! That’s right RGV Vegans we are having Vegan day today, all items on the buffet will be vegan including dessert. Here’s what is in our menu for today we’ll be opened from 11:30AM-3:00PM: Roti (vegan)- whole wheat based tortilla seasoned with Indian spices. Samosa (vegan)- fried puff pastry shells filled with potatoes and peas and seasoned with Indian spices. Dry Mushroom mutter( vegan)- mushrooms and peas braised in choppedtomato, onion, green chili and ginger gravy and seasoned with Indian spices. Vegetable Pulao (vegan)- basmati rice cooked with medley of vegetables seasoned with Indian spices Toor dal (vegan)- white lentils tempered with cumin seeds, green chili, ginger, tomato, and onion served in a curry like sauce seasoned with Indian spices Dry mix vegetables (vegan)- medley of vegetables braised in chopped tomato, onions, green chili, and ginger and seasoned with Indian spices. We’re opened from 11:30AM-3:00PM here’s what’s in our menu for today: Naan-buttered leavened bread Mix Vegetable pakoras- fried mixed vegetable fritters seasoned with Indian spices Malai kofta- round potato and vegetable balls simmered in a creamy cashew nut, tomato and onion, green chili and ginger gravy and seasoned with Indian spices.
