Arms Day Bootcamp

Come to Hybrid MMA 570 on Mondays at 10 am. This class is only focused on arms. Come and take advantage of our summer bootcamps. So Tone them up ! It's that time of the year where we can't hide our bodies and we shouldn't during any season. Let's feel confident and comfortable in our own skin. This class is $8 per class. If you do it with your teen is $15 per class. Free for all members. So spaghetti strings, summer dresses, bathing suits ! Bring it on! (P.s. if you have children and they behave you may bring their reading book or activity book. I will set up a side for them)

Toddler Tumbling And Play Dough

Hello parents and care givers! Next tumbling class will be half hour tumbling and half hour creating shapes with play dough. Bring your little ones to have fun and so will you! It's $5 per child Hope to see many of you there. If you can please let me know if you are attending and The number of children :) Can't wait to meet many more kiddies.
