Congratulations to Jill Putrino, who is our April client of the month. Jill started working with our certified trainer Mike Lenz, who helped her drop 3%body fat in 5 weeks and is very close to completing body weight pull-ups her goal is to reach 16% by the summer. The way she is killing it in the gym she will do it. Congrats again Jill for your hard work.

Fitness Tip How Much Exercise is Needed? The US government released it's latest "Dietary Guidelines for Americans" early this year. One of the highlights was the recommendation on exercise. It states for general health to aim for at least 30 minutes of daily exercise. To prevent weight gain, aim for 60 minutes and to lose weight: 60 to 90 minutes every day.
