Young Yogi's Camp

Young Yogi's Camp

Geared towards children ages 8-12 years, this camp will teach the basic poses of a Vinyasa Yoga practice, as well as the foundations of meditation. There will be discussion and application of healthy eating practices, building self-esteem, coloring mandalas for relaxation, as well as other fun and self-building activities. This is a 5 day camp, Mon thru Fri, 9:00am-11:30am each day. class fee: $99 for early registration, before the end of day June 15 $122 after June 15 about our instructor: Melissa Yerka-Martini is a 200hr certified Vinyasa Yoga instructor (for more than 6 years). She is also a certified elementary and special education teacher, having worked primarily with intermediate and high school students for more than 14 years. The mother of 2, she cannot fully express the importance of adopting yoga and meditation practices early in life.
