TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY
I've been asked a slew of questions about what Herbalife products I use and how to reach fitness goals. So here's what I use everyday (in these 3 pics). Everything has a purpose for me and my needs for everything from metabolism boosting, energy, immune boosting, to muscle & tendon recovery, circulation and pre workout (the list goes on). I eat healthy CONSISTENTLY and have since I was a teenager. I workout 30-75 minutes 3-5 days a week varying by my schedule. I pray daily and meditate on the Word CONSISTENTLY....This is it. This is what I do to REMAIN holistically healthy. No magical diet, or eat "this" for 7 days then eat "that" for 6 days. No "workout 7 days a week " (your body has to rest or you'll either burn out or get injured). I'm just CONSISTENT in keeping my good habits up. Hope this helps. I didn't wake up one morning with a 6-pack contrary to what many think Lol.
