Description
B-1 Yoga is a beginner to all levels yoga studio offering vinyasa flow, hatha, Yin, hot yoga and yoga sculpt. Room temps vary from 80 - 105 degrees. B-1 Yoga offers a variety of different yoga classes to help new and experienced yogis move through their yoga practice. We offer vinyasa (flow) in both heated and non-heated classes, Bikram/B-26 "hot yoga", Yin, and Yoga Sculpt which is yoga with weights. Whether you are looking to gain strength, flexibility, stamina, mental clarity, B-1 Yoga will offer you a place to grow. Class here are accessible to all. We offer a Free Week of unlimited yoga to all Locals or those living within 30-40 miles of Dubuque. Our intention is to allow you to try the different styles, temperatures and instructors here. We believe that we have something here for everyone!

facebook.comPeople always ask what we recommend for diet at the studio and it's this and better sleep and basic to light exercise habits. It doesn't have to be much. Just eat real food the way nature intended and you will align yourself with your truest body weight and nature.
We are seeing more and more 65 plus students at the studio and loving it... love hearing about how their back pain has gone away and how good they feel with just a few classes a week.
Mae Hingtgen's Aroma Yin tonight at 5:00 is booked at 25. There is a waitlist and if you aren't signed up you aren't guaranteed a spot. Space will go to the first ones here. If you are signed and can't make it, kindly remove your name so we can make room for others. This a very popular class always so please respect and understand our situation.
