Also 8-9 AM July 28th @ Dubuque County Fairgrounds (14569 Old Highway Rd.) Rules meeting at 9:30 AM. Lifting starts at 10 AM. Yoke Walk * 50ft carry for time. Allowed one drop. If athletes cannot complete course in 60 seconds, a measurement will be taken. 2. Truck Pull * Truck Pull for time over 50ft course. 3. CAR DEADLIFT * Reps in a minute 4. Log Press * Max lift. Athletes given three attempts. If athletes miss an attempt, they do not get their next attempt. 5. ATLAS STONES * Reps in a minute. Athletes will choose between two stones that are set for their weight class. Athlete loads stone over 48” bar as many times as they can in a minute. Entry fee: $50 up until the deadline of July 14th. $60 after deadline and up to 9am morning of event. New Members can view the gym or sign up when there is an attendant at the gym during the following hours or by appointment. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 6 PM to 8 PM Saturday: 12 PM to 4 PM Please contact us if you would like to set up a viewing outside of these hours.

From this point moving forward we will be having a bootcamp saturday mornings.
