This is what local love is all about - I am unable to get a pair of shoes for a customer until August,however,on the Internet he would be able to get them now, his response was, 'it just a pair of shoes, this is your business, I'll wait till August, my wife and I are like this about our local shops' ....he brought tears of gratitude and joy to my eyes and heart!
