ATHLETES! I'll be opening up the box around 7 AM. We'll have a judges meeting at 7:30, with our judges, to review WOD's and standards. Registration starts at 8 AM, but feel free to come early, any time, to get warmed up and loose. Pretty much all of our weights are being utilized on WOD 1 (1RM Clean) but you can come in and use the workstations that we setup. We'll just need to get them all back in order before we start (by 8:50). Each station has 2 of every weight: 45, 35, 25, 15, 10, 5, 2.5 See you in the morning!!
