Macedonia Baptist Church has started a project called "GREATEST ACHIEVER" this is a Mind,Body, and soul healthy living project..Every 2nd and 4th Sundays vital signs will be taken plus weekly challenges will be given to gain points..Points will be recorded to see where you stand..This week challenge for February 6th - 11th is as follows: * 64 ounces of water a day (8 times 8 ounces) 1 point each day * 15 minutes of relaxation time (no electronics) 1 point each day * Attend any church services for the week (Sunday worship, Marvelous Monday, Bible Study) 1 point each service Total number of avaiable points: 17..
