Planning Commission meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of every month at 7pm and are open to the public. To take advantage of this service, simply remove the stand and all ornaments and decorations (including tinsel) and place the tree out for collection on any of your regularly scheduled service days between December 27 and January 14.
