Provision Living at West County
Description
Provision Living at West County is a senior living community providing memory support services based on the social model of memory care. Our team members serve our elders as Care Partners and are educated and trained around the belief that care means to help someone to grow. Care is based on a person-directed approach that puts the person first. Care partner teams work collaboratively to create opportunities for radiant living by eliminating loneliness, helplessness and boredom. This underlying philosophy prepares our community to meet the needs of people living with Alzheimer’s or related dementias in a resilient, flexible and highly responsive manner. To learn more about person-directed care and the philosophy that is guiding the growth of our team, go to www.edenalt.org.
At Provision Living at West County, our approach to wellbeing takes on a social model of care that creates in-the-moment engagement. From our dining experience to our fitness programs, all of our life enrichment activities are geared toward building relationships between elders, families and care partners, while respecting the individual needs and characteristics of each of our elders. Complementary therapies are offered to residents and exercise is scheduled, accessible and encouraged.
