Voted Best Pizza on Cape Cod In 1989, Showtime owner Mark Julian was the executive chef at the Playhouse restaurant in Dennis, MA . As he was developing his next menu for the Playhouse, he saw the need on the mid-Cape for a reasonably priced restaurant offering the highest quality meals. Rather than being just another place that serves canned or frozen foods, Mark would apply his knowledge and experience to create an innovative menu of the most delicious homemade meals in town.

In 1989, his vision became a reality when he opened Showtime. Since the beginning, Mark has made all the food we serve from scratch, using only premium ingredients – the finest of select meats, fresh cheese and dairy products, crisp vegetables and the freshest bread and rolls. His training and education, including his degree from the Johnson & Wales College of Culinary Arts, the most respected culinary school in the world, have enabled him to offer you the finest foods on the mid-Cape.
